[蘋果]1300泰勞抗議扣伙食費
【蕭博仁、陳鳳蘭╱雲林報導】台塑麥寮六輕廠第四期擴建工程一千三百名泰勞罷工，抗議仲介公司每月要扣二千五百元伙食費，昨天在宿舍區群聚鼓譟抗議，場面一度混亂。經泰國駐台辦事處人員和仲介公司中鼎工程代表溝通，昨晚雙方已達成共識結束罷工。勞委會表示此次罷工係外勞對法令有所誤解，並非僱主違法剋扣外勞薪資。
昨天上午九時許，罷工泰勞群聚宿舍區空地，敲擊油桶鼓譟圍成圓圈跳舞唱歌。中鼎工程得知泰勞罷工，立即找來兩名泰國駐台辦事處人員南下溝通，直到昨晚八時，雙方達成三項協議，一、仍扣伙食費；二、將視情況加班，讓泰勞賺加班費；三、特別節日上班可折抵現金。
鬧事者列觀察名單
台塑六輕麥寮廠管理部經理吳欣哲表示，中鼎工程引進一千多名泰勞，均依中鼎與泰國政府簽訂合約，業者可另外收取伙食費的相關規定，每人每月扣除二千五百元。但近來泰勞們得知三星公司引進的泰勞，因經常加班趕工，並未另扣伙食費，另有一批剛引進的短期泰勞也未收伙食費，才會罷工抗議。
吳欣哲表示，每家公司引進泰勞的標準及從事工作不同，絕非同工不同酬，更何況合約書載明業者可收取伙食費。這些滋事泰勞來台已有一年多，因有人近來得知中東勞工短缺，有意轉往中東工作，才會藉機鬧事，雖已達成協議，但會將這些泰勞列入續聘觀察名單。
